Financial Assistance for 2012 is available. Please download the application here. Financial Assistance Forms are due by April 1, 2012.
Important Changes to Financial Aid Process:
Please submit copies of the following with this form.
1. 2011 Tax Return (2010 is acceptable)
2. Recent Pay Stub
3. Personal letter fully explaining your financial situation and status of both parents. (if applicable)
4. Any information that will help us evaluate your request: letter of need from family or community member, expense records, etc.
